近期，国内疫情仍呈局部高发、多点散发态势，我省部分地区相继报告省外输入病例CoinFit。国庆假期前后，人员流动增加，发生跨地区疫情传播的风险也随之增加。为了您的健康，现将安徽16个市的防疫须知主要内容温馨提示如下：

Recently, China has witnessed local resurgence and sporadic outbreaks of Covid-19. Imported cases have been reported in some parts of Anhui. During the National Day holiday, the risk of inter-regional epidem,c transmission keeps rising as the movement of people increases. For a healthy and safe National Day holiday, you are kindly reminded of the following COVID protocol of 16 cities in Anhui Province.

合肥

Hefei City

倡导全体市民就地过节CoinFit。市民朋友可选择市内游，减少跨地市出行，尽量不出省。确需离肥的，要密切关注目的地疫情，提前了解当地疫情防控政策，做好出行规划，非必要不前往中高风险地区或有本土疫情发生城市。返回合肥前后,请按规定进行报备和核酸检测。乘坐飞机、火车、跨省长途客运汽车等交通工具时，需严格遵守有关防疫要求，持有48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

All residents of Hefei City are advised to stay locally during the National Day holiday. Residents and friends can choose to travel within the city, reduce inter-city travel, and avoid inter-provincial travel. For those who do need to travel outside Hefei city, please follow closely updated epidemic guidelines of travel destinations, check covid-specific rules enforced, make travel plans and avoid unnecessary travels to medium and high-risk areas or cities with domestically transmitted cases. Before and after returning to Hefei, you are kindly reminded to declare relevant information and take nucleic acid tests. Please abide by epidemic prevention and control requirements and hold a negative nucleic acid test report obtained within 48 hours if you travel by plane, by train or by coach.

请近期有高中低风险区旅居史人员、解除隔离后返回目的地的入境人员，以及省外来（返）肥人员，提前登记申报信息，主动向所在单位、社区或入住的酒店进行报备，配合做好核酸检测、居家隔离和健康监测等对应健康管理措施CoinFit。故意隐瞒或未及时报备，导致疫情传播扩散的，将承担法律责任。倡导来（返）肥人员尽量减少聚餐、聚会及前往人群密集场所。

For those who have a travel or residence history in high/medium/low risk areas, who are released from quarantine after returning from abroad, or who come to/ return to Hefei from outside the province, please register and declare relevant information in advance to employers, communities, or hotels you intend to stay, and follow health care management measures like nucleic acid tests, home quarantine and health monitoring. Those who deliberately conceal or fail to report in time, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, will bear legal responsibility. Those coming to returning to Hefei are advised to minimize dining together, gatherings or going to crowded places.

淮北

Huaibei City

倡导国庆期间本市游、乡村游，非必要不离淮、不出省CoinFit。确需离开淮北市的，请您主动向所在单位或社区报备，提前了解出行目的地疫情形势，不前往涉疫地区。途中请您注意佩戴口罩，勤洗手，做好个人防护。返回淮北市后,请您及时向所在单位或社区报备，配合落实疫情防控措施。

Tours within Huaibei city or local villages are recommended. Unnecessary intercity or inter-provincial travels should be avoided. Those who do need to leave Huaibei are kindly reminded to provide relevant information to employers or communities, follow closely updates on epidemic rules of travel destinations and avoid travel to affected areas. Mask-wearing, frequent hand hygiene and personal protection are required. After returning to Huaibei, please report immediately to employers or communities, and follow epidemic prevention and control measures.

请您减少参加聚餐聚会等聚集性活动，严格控制聚餐规模，每桌不超过10人为宜，保持适当社交距离CoinFit。您出入公共场所时，请自觉遵守疫情防控规定，配合做好扫场所码、查行程码，测量体温，规范佩戴口罩。

Please minimize social gatherings. Guest number of dining is limited to 10 per table. Social distancing precautions are required. In public settings, please abide by preventive measures, present your health codes and travel codes, check body temperature and wear masks.

为加强疫情监测预警，倡导您就近到核酸采样点，参与免费核酸检测CoinFit。如果您是核酸检测重点人群，请按照规定频次配合开展采样检测。从市外返淮后，请配合各处入淮交通防控点，实行“落地检”；返回居住地后，认真落实“隔日检”，筑牢疫情防控强大屏障。

For epidemic surveillance and early warning, you are advised to take free nucleic acid tests at the nearest facilities. People vulnerable to the epidemic shall take nucleic acid tests at required frequency. Those returning to Huaibei shall take nucleic acid tests immediately upon arrival and then on every other day.

亳州

Bozhou City

为减少旅途风险，倡导全体市民就地过节，非必要不离亳州市，尽量减少跨市流动；确需出行的，提前通过国务院小程序了解目的地、途径地疫情动态和防疫要求，错峰出行，做好防护；坚持不去中高风险区和报告病例县区旅游、出差、探亲，确需出行的请主动配合当地落实疫情防控要求CoinFit。

Residents are advised to stay locally during the National Day holiday. Residents and friends can choose to travel within the city, reduce inter-city travel, and avoid inter-provincial travel. For those who do need to leave Bozhou, please follow closely the epidemic updates and check covid-specific rules along the way to travel destinations. Staggered travelling is recommended and personal protection is required. Travel to high/medium risk areas and affected counties(districts) should be avoided. For those who do need to travel to covid-striken areas, please follow local prevention and control measures.

凡需要乘坐高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车等交通工具出行的，请提前准备48小时内核酸检测阴性证明CoinFit。凡省外返回人员，入住宾馆、酒店和进入旅游景区等人流密集场所时，需提供健康码和72小时内的核酸检测阴性证明，从外省份返回的建筑工地人员进入工地时要提供48小时内的核酸检测阴性证明。

A negative nucleic acid test report obtained within 48 hours is required if you travel by train or by coach. If you return to Bozhou from outside the province, please present health code and negative nucleic acid test results issued within 72 hours for hotel check-in and admission to scenic areas. Workers on construction sites returning from outside the province are required to present negative nucleic acid test reports obtained within 48 hours.

请您的省外亲朋好友非必要可暂缓返回亳州市，确需返回的，需要提前报备CoinFit。近7天有中高风险区所在市旅居史的人员，请务必通过皖事通app、支付宝皖事通小程序或微信扫描附件中二维码进行报备。近7天有中高风险地区所在县区旅居史的，抵达亳州市后须落实“3天2检”的健康检测，其中实施全域静态管理或发生广泛社会面传播的县区返回人员，须落实7天居家隔离。

Please kindly remind your families and friends to delay their journey back to Bozhou. Those who do need to come back to Bozhou should provide relevant information in advance. People with a travel or residence history in cities where medium or high-risk areas are located over the past 7 days should declare information via ‘All in Wan’ app, Alipay ‘All in Wan’ app or QR code on WeChat. People with a travel or residence history in counties(districts) where medium or high-risk areas are located over the past 7 days should take 2 nucleic acid tests within 3 days. Those who come from a city (district) where there is a strict lockdown or community transmission should be subject to 7-day home quarantine.

按照“非必要不举办、能线上不线下”的原则，尽量不举办培训、会展、文艺演出等大型聚集性活动CoinFit。倡导喜事缓办、白事简办、宴会不办。确需举办的，50人以上的聚集性活动，主办方须制定防控方案，并提前7天向属地疫情防控部门报备审批，承接此类活动的宾馆（酒店）须同时报备，坚持谁审批谁负责、谁主办谁负责、谁承办谁负责。参加活动人员需扫场所码、查验48小时核酸检测阴性证明。

Large-scale gatherings, including training events, exhibitions and art performances, are not recommended unless absolutely necessary. Online activities are preferred. It would be better if festive events are postponed, funerals simplified and banquets canceled. For essential gatherings of more than 50 people, the organizer should develop an epidemic prevention and control plan and report to local authorities 7 days in advance. Hotels and restaurants undertaking such activities should also report to the local department in charge. Whoever approves, hosts or organizes these activities should assume responsibility. All attendees are required to scan venue code and present negative nucleic acid test reports obtained within 48 hours.

宿州

Suzhou City

国庆节日期间，广大市民非必要不出省，不前往有中高风险地区或发生本土疫情的城市，尽量减少跨地市出行CoinFit。确需出行的，提前了解目的地、途径地疫情动态和防疫要求，错峰出行，做好防护。请您告知在外工作、经商、学习、生活的家人朋友，尤其是已在高中低风险区及有本土疫情发生县（市、区）的，建议暂缓返宿、就地过节。

Residents are advised to stay locally during the National Day holiday. Residents and friends can choose to travel within the city, minimize inter-city or inter-provincial travel, and avoid travel to medium or high-risk areas or affected cities. For those who do need to leave Suzhou, please follow closely the epidemic updates and check covid-specific rules along the way to travel destinations. Staggered travelling is recommended, and personal protection required. Please kindly remind your families and friends working and living outside Suzhou, especially those in high- and medium-risk areas and affected counties (cities, districts), to stay at their current residing localities and delay their journeys back home.

省外来（返）宿州市人员，尤其是涉疫地区来（返）宿州市人员，在进入宿州市前或抵达后第一时间，须通过“来宿申报”小程序、拨打12345热线或目的地所在社区（村）、单位、入住酒店电话进行报备，请您如实填报来源地和目的地等相关信息，配合做好核酸检测、居家隔离和健康监测等各项措施CoinFit。从宿州市中转或差旅的人员也需要进行报备。对不主动报备、在报备过程中隐瞒行程、不履行相应健康管理等防控规定的人员，因隔离管控产生的费用自理，造成疫情传播风险的，依法追究责任。

Arrivals from outside the province, especially those from affected areas, are required to declare relevant information before or upon arrival to the communities(villages), employers and hotels of final destinations via “Declaration in Suzhou” app or 12345 hotline. Nucleic acid tests, home quarantine and health observation are required. People in transit through Suzhou or on business trip to Suzhou are also required to provide relevant information. Whoever causes the spread of virus because of active concealment, untimely report or refusal to follow health management measures should bear legal responsibility. Quarantine fees are borne by perpetrators.

省外来（返）宿州市人员一律实行免费“落地检”，即采即走，不用等待核酸检测结果CoinFit。3天内再进行一次核酸检测（间隔大于24小时），在第二次核酸结果出来前，请您不聚集聚餐，不去人员密集的场所，不探亲访友，外出时严格做好个人防护。自驾游人员每到一地，请主动进行核酸检测。广大居民要积极参加常态化核酸检测和重点人群核酸检测，做到应检尽检。乘坐高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车等须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。入住宾馆、酒店和进入旅游景区等人流密集场所时，要查验72小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

People coming(returning) to Suzhou from outside the province should take a free nucleic acid test upon arrival. Another nucleic acid test should be conducted within 3 days (with interval longer than 24 hours). Before the second nucleic acid test result comes out, social gatherings, crowded places and relatives/friends visiting should be avoided and personal protection is required when going out. People who take self-guided driving tours should take nucleic acid tests regardless of destinations. Nucleic acid testing is a routine for residents and compulsory for people vulnerable to the epidemic. Negative test results within 48 hours are required for travelling by train or by coach, and the results within 72 hours are required for hotel check-in and admissions to scenic areas.

进入各类公共场所请主动配合扫“场所码”、测温、戴口罩、一米线、查验核酸证明等常态化防控措施CoinFit。旅游景区要严格落实“限量、预约、错峰”要求。各级医疗卫生机构（含医院、诊所、药店等）要严格落实发热门诊、预检分诊及风险排查等制度，充分发挥“哨点”作用。各类园区、工地、农贸（集贸）市场等用人单位，要坚决管好自己的人、看好自己的门，坚持“谁用工谁负责、谁受益谁负责”原则，严格排查用工人员涉疫地区旅居史和核酸检测情况。

Please follow epidemic prevention and control measures including scanning venue code, checking body temperature, wearing masks, keeping one-meter social distance and presenting negative nucleic acid test results. Scenic areas must limit people flow through staggered reservations. Medical and health institutions (including hospitals, clinics and pharmacies) should play the role of sentinel sites by following the systems of fever clinic, pre-examination and triage, and risk management. Employers in industrial parks, construction sites and agricultural trade markets are responsible for checking nucleic acid tests results, residence and travel history of their employees.

按照“非必要不举办、能线上不线下”的原则，非必要不组织大型会展等聚集性活动CoinFit。提倡喜事缓办、丧事简办、聚会少办。举办50人以上的聚集性活动，主办方须制定疫情防控方案，并按属地管理原则，提前3天向属地村（社区）及县（区）防疫指挥部报备，承接此类活动的宾馆（酒店）须同时报备。参加活动人员需扫码登记、查验48小时核酸检测阴性证明。未报备或未经批准组织聚集性活动，造成疫情传播风险的，将依法追究主办方、承办方及相关责任人责任。

In accordance with the principle of “holding no events unless necessary and holding events online instead of face-to-face”, large-scale gatherings, including training events, exhibitions, and art performances should not be held unless highly necessary. It would be better if festive events are postponed, funerals simplified, and banquets canceled. For essential gathering activities of more than 50 people, the organizer should develop an epidemic prevention and control plan and report to local authorities 3 days in advance. Hotels and restaurants undertaking such activities should also report to the local department in charge. All attendees are required to present health codes and negative nucleic acid test reports obtained within 48 hours. For gathering activities that are not reported or approved and cause the spread of virus, hosts, organizers, and other related parties should be held accountable.

蚌埠

Bengbu City

倡导群众国庆假期就地过节，尽量减少跨地市出行CoinFit。

境外及高风险区：7天集中隔离，5次核酸检测（1、2、3、5、7天），入境人员集中隔离后完成3天居家健康监测1次核酸检测（第3天）；中风险区：7天居家隔离，3次核酸检测（1、4、7天）；低风险区：来蚌前需持48小时内核酸阴性证明，落地后核酸3天2检，健康监测；有本土疫情地市非疫情发生的县区：持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明或抵蚌后开展1次核酸检测；无本土疫情地市：做好健康监测CoinFit。

All residents are encouraged to stay within Bengbu during the National Day holiday, and try to reduce cross-city travels.For arrivals in Bengbu with a travel or residence history overseas or in high-risk areas: 7-day quarantine at designated facilities for medical monitoring, and 5 nucleic acid tests during this period (one test each on day 1, day 2, day 3, day 5 and day 7). For arrivals in Bengbu with a travel or residence history in medium-risk areas: 7-day home quarantine and 3 nucleic acid tests during this period (one test each on day 1, day 4 and day 7).For arrivals in Bengbu with a travel or residence history in low-risk areas: provide proof of negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours, take 2 nucleic acid tests within 3 days and follow health monitoring. For arrivals from covid-free counties (districts) that are subordinate to cities with locally-transmitted cases: provide proof of a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours upon arrival or take 1 nucleic acid test after arrival in Bengbu.For cities without any locally-transmitted case: follow health monitoring after arrival.

阜阳

Fuyang City

非必要不离阜阳市城区、非必要不外出，确有必要的，要提供48小时核酸检测阴性证明和所在社区（村）或单位同意外出证明CoinFit。倡导阜阳城区外人员非必要不来。倡导近期非必要不来阜阳，非必要不离阜阳，确需来阜阳的需提前向所在社区（村）等报备。火车站、高铁站、汽车站、机场、高速路口等继续设置核酸采样点，为来阜阳的人员免费提供“落地检”。跨省流动人员要严格落实“3天2检”，抵达阜阳时进行1次“落地检”，3天内再进行一次核酸检测（间隔24小时）。来阜阳的人员抵达后7日内，请不参加聚集性活动、不前往人群密集场所。

Residents are advised to stay locally within the three districts(Yingzhou/Yingquan/Yingdong) during the National Day holiday.

If you do need to travel, you should provide copy of negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours and a written approval from your local community (village) or employer. Residents of Fuyang who live outside of Yingzhou District, Yingquan District and Yingdong District are advised not to come to these three districts unless it’s necessary. Residents are advised not to come to or leave Fuyang unless it’s necessary. Arrivals in Fuyang from other domestic areas should conduct one nucleic acid test upon arrival (free of charge) at the testing facilities set at airports, railway/bus terminals and exits of highway. For those travel inter-provincially, please conduct two nucleic acid tests within 3 days after arrival in Fuyang: one nucleic acid test immediately upon arrival followed by the second test within 3 days (the interval of sampling shall be 24 hours). Avoid gatherings or crowded places within 7 days after arrival in Fuyang.

淮南

Huainan City

倡导就地过节CoinFit。提倡节日期间市内游，市民非必要不前往涉疫地区，尽量减少跨地市出行，劝导外地家人亲友在当地过节。近期来返淮人员携带48小时核酸阴性证明，并按要求分别实施落地检、3天2检、居家健康监测、居家隔离等措施，要严格按照防疫要求配合措施落实，核酸结果未出、隔离未到期的暂不外出，一旦出现发热、干咳、咳痰、咽痛、乏力、腹泻、味觉异常、嗅觉异常等症状，不要自行服药，不乘坐公共交通工具，需立即报告社区，开展核酸检测及相应防控措施。

Residents are encouraged to travel within Huainan during the National Day holiday. Please avoid travelling to areas with existing locally-transmitted cases unless it’s necessary. Please reduce cross-city travel as much as possible. Please advise your family members and friends living outside of Huainan to stay where they are for the holiday.

Residents coming to and returning to Huainan should provide a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours, conduct two nucleic acid tests within 3 days, stay at home for medical observation or undergo home quarantine as required. Please hold outdoor activities before obtaining negative nucleic acid test results or before quarantine period ends. If symptoms (such as fever, dry cough, expectoration, sore throat, fatigue, diarrhea, decreased sense of smell or taste) develop, please seek medical advice before taking any medication, avoid travel on public transportation, report to your local community immediately, take nucleic acid test and follow other epidemic prevention and control measures.

滁州

Chuzhou City

近1周内，有中高风险区及所在县（市、区、旗）旅居史人员、省外来（返）滁州市的人员，请您第一时间向所在社区（村）、工作单位或所住宾馆进行报备，配合做好核酸检测（落地检和3天2检）、健康监测和隔离管控等各项措施，并倡导以上报备人员7日内不聚餐、不聚会、不前往人群密集场所CoinFit。

国庆假期临近，请广大市民假期非必要不离开滁州市，尽量减少跨市域流动，倡导就地过节CoinFit。如确需出行，请提前了解目的地城市疫情动态和防疫政策，做好出行路线规划，出行途中务必全程做好个人防护。返回滁州前，须主动向所在社区（村）和工作单位报备，配合当地疫情防控指挥部落实相关疫情防控措施。

For those coming to/returning to Chuzhou over the past 7 days with a travel or residence history in medium or high-risk areas as well as the counties (cities, districts) where these risk areas are located, please report immediately to your local community (village), employers or hotel you intend to stay. Conduct nucleic acid tests as required (one nucleic acid test immediately upon arrival, two nucleic acid tests within 3 days), follow prevention and control measures such as medical observation and quarantine. The above-mentioned residents are advised to avoid dining together, gatherings, and going to crowded places.

Residents are encouraged not to leave Chuzhou during the National Day holiday unless it’s essential and reduce inter-city travels as much as possible. If you do need to travel, find out the epidemic situation and prevention policy of your destination prior to your travel, and take proper self-protection measures throughout your journey. Please report to your local community (village) or employers before returning to Chuzhou, and follow local epidemic prevention and control measures.

六安

Lu’an City

倡导广大市民国庆假期在本地过节，尽量减少跨地市出行，避免人群大范围流动引发的疫情传播风险CoinFit。如确需出行的，请提前了解目的地疫情防控等级及相关防控政策，并持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明乘坐飞机、高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车、跨省客运船舶等交通工具，安全有序出行。

Residents of Lu’an City are advised to stay locally during the National Day holiday and minimize inter-city travel to avoid the risk of epidemic transmission caused by massive people flow. If you do need to travel, please find out in advance the level of epidemic prevention and control and related policies at your destination. For a safe and orderly travel, those travel by airplane, train, inter-provincial coach, ships and other means of transportation must hold negative nucleic acid test results conducted within 48 hours.

省外和省内涉疫地区返（来）六安的人员，须提前通过皖事通APP登记，或向目的地所在社区（村）、单位、入住酒店进行电话报备来源地和目的地等相关信息，并落实“3天2检”（在火车站、长途客运站以及高速道口开展落地核酸检测1次，抵达六安后第3天开展第2次核酸检测），在第2次核酸检测结果出来前，请您不聚集、不聚餐、不进公共场所、不乘坐公共交通工具CoinFit。您入住宾馆、酒店和进入旅游景区等人流密集场所，须接受72小时内核酸检测阴性证明查验。

According to the epidemic prevention and control requirements, people returning to or coming to Lu’an from the epidemic-affected areas within and outside the province must register in advance through ‘All in Wan’ APP, or report relevant information by phone to the community (village), the employers, or hotels, and conduct two tests in three days (one test on arrival at railway stations, coach stations and highway exits, the other test on the third day after arrival in Lu'an). Before receiving the result of the second test, please do not go to gatherings, do not enter public places, and do not take public transportation. Please present your negative nucleic acid test results within 72 hours when checking into hotels and entering crowded places such as scenic spots.

国庆期间人员流动性大，广大市民要减少不必要的聚集性活动，节假日期间不扎堆、不聚集，家庭私人聚餐尽量控制在10人以下CoinFit。非必要不举办培训、会展、文艺演出等大型聚集性活动。确需举办的，严格落实防控措施，参加活动人员需扫码登记、查验48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。广大市民进入各类公共场所，以及乘坐公共交通工具时，要主动配合扫码查验、佩戴口罩等措施。提倡市民从简举办婚丧嫁娶，尽量减少人员数量。

During the National Day holiday, due to the increased flow of people, residents of Lu’an should reduce unnecessary gatherings and limit the scale of get-together dinners to less than 10 persons. If not highly necessary, do not hold training events, exhibitions, art performances and other activities involving massive gathering. If such activity is a must, strict prevention and control measures should be implemented, and participants are required to present their green health code and negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours. General public should scan the venue code and wear masks when entering various public places and taking public transportation. General public should be encouraged to simplify wedding and/or funeral procedures to minimize number of participants.

马鞍山

Ma’anshan City

国庆假期人员流动增大，易发生交叉感染风险，倡导广大市民朋友尽量选择在本地过节，减少出行CoinFit。确需出行的，要密切关注国内疫情动态和目的地疫情，规划好出行路线，提前向社区（村）、所在单位进行报备，非必要不前往高、中风险区所在城市。

Considering the increasing flow of people during National Day holiday and the risk of cross-infection, it is advocated that residents of Ma’anshan spend the holiday locally and reduce travel as much as possible. If you do need to travel, keep updated of domestic epidemic prevention and control policies and current situation of your destination, plan your journey reasonably, report to your local community (village) or your employers prior to travel, and do not go to cities in high- and medium-risk areas unless necessary.

7日内有高、中风险区所在县（市、区）旅居史的人员非必要不来（返）马鞍山CoinFit。倡导广大市民告知在外工作、经商、生活、学习的家人和朋友，节日期间暂缓来（返）马鞍山。所有来（返）马鞍山的人员应提前主动通过皖事通APP“返马登记”程序，或者电话等方式向目的地社区(村) 、单位、入住宾馆(酒店)等如实报备行程，抵马后配合分类落实隔离管控、健康监测、核酸检测等健康管理措施。对迟报、漏报、瞒报、谎报行程，违反疫情防控规定造成疫情传播扩散或其他风险的，依法追究责任。

People who have lived or traveled within 7 days in the county (city or district) where the high- or medium-risk area is located should not come (return) to Ma’anshan unless it is highly necessary. We advocate the general public to inform family members and friends working, doing business, living and studying outside Ma’anshan city to postpone travel to Ma’anshan during the holiday.
